KOUWI is the creole word for run, however it's not just for running and anyone can do it. KOUWI is a run/walk/play/sport fitness activity that engages your body & mind. The user is always in control, go slow, go fast or just go crazy. Kouwi is the prfect training tool for hockey players, footballers who want to improve their balance and coordination and athletes who love alternative workouts. We call it freeform fitness but most users call it fun. It is a shaft attached to a ring and a plastic sphere wheel which the user must attempt to keep upright through balancing, momentum and hand-eye coordination. It is simple lightweight and helps the user exert physical energy while running or walking. This allows engagement with cognitive and physical faculties. It can be played individually or as a team and is recommended for competitive alternative play. It is a low-Impact Exercise that engages the core, upper, and lower body with minimal joint stress, improving strength and mobility. Don't forget balance and proprioception: Wheel control enhances balance, reducing injury risk.
